Top Workplace Interior Design for Century 21 Americana by HiiVE Creative

Century 21 American Owners, Juan & Elizabeth Martinez, wanted “a combination of Wall Street and Google” for their new luxury real estate office in Henderson, Nevada. With Century 21 undergoing a vast re-branding, we were also tasked with implementing the new identity across the entire office. The goal was to create an environment that supported the agents, provided for various flexible seating for different types of working styles and supported the companies values. We used a mixture of materials, from blackened steel panels, wood ceilings, felt and custom wallcoverings and window film to achieve this. And LOTS of plants.
